Dr P. J. Wiebenga MD, MRO, CPS/A
Dr. Wiebenga is a Nationally Certified Medical Review Officer (MRO), as well as CPS/A Certified for the HMC Hearing Conservation Program.
Dr. Wiebenga is proud to have focused his Occupational Medicine practice exclusively in the Holland, and surrounding areas beginning in 1998. In conjunction with the extensive knowledge and continuing education in Federal and Non-Federal standards, Dr. Wiebenga provides experienced, professional assessments and sound medical judgment, while assisting employers in solving occupational medical issues.
Dr. Wiebenga began practice in 1973, specializing in Occupational Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Urgent Care. Serving as an Attending ER Physician for Blodgett Hospital for 10 years, he then practiced and operated the Blodgett Immediate Care Centers.

Joel Wetzel, PA-C
Joel began practicing in 1999, exclusively in the Holland area. His practice focused specifically in Occupational Medicine. Joel is Nationally Certified, well versed in all areas of Occupational Medicine and practices within Federal and Non-Federal standards.
As a Nationally Certified Physician’s Assistant, Joel’s knowledge, education and skill set enable him to provide sound medical evaluations, directed care and solutions for employers.

James Schneider BBS, BBA
Director of Operations & Marketing
Jim is a results-oriented professional with over 30 years in Management. His focused business direction provides employers with a well-rounded view of occupational medical services and the direct impact of the services to the employers’ bottom-line.
Jim’s education includes; “Ergonomic Principles for Workplace Assessment and Design”; University of Michigan – Center for Ergonomics and annual OSHA / MIOSHA / DOT standard recertification. These continuing education programs compliment his formal education in Behavioral Science and Business Administration.
His role is both employer and clinical based which results in solid direction and unparalleled support for the employers.
Katrina Meiser RHIT, CMOM, CMIS
Katrina is a Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM) and a Certified Medical Insurance Specialist (CMIS) with a Bachelor’s of Science in Healthcare Administration and an Associates in Health Information Technology from Kaplan University.
Katrina’s thorough understanding of clinical systems and processes result in solid clinical management. Her attention-to-detail, combined with excellent communication, establishes employers a sound contact and resource foundation.
Katrina directs staff and daily operations with pin-point accuracy. Consistency of care, as well as employer confidence is the result of her management process.
OnSite Occupational Services – Division Manager
Kristi joined the team in 2020 as the OnSite Occupational Services Manager. Her career was focused on on-site testing, specializing in audiogram and respiratory services. Kristi has expanded her certifications and knowledge to manage and perform all services the division provides. Kristi sets the standard for OnSite Occupational Services, directs staff and daily operations delivering integrity of services.
Client Services Center
In 2017, the Client Services Center was added to specifically work with Holland Medi Center clients. The employer-focused team is both clinical and operational resulting in personalized service. You will experience appropriate support in all aspects of your business!
Our Medical Support Team consists of Certified Medical Assistants and a Certified X-Ray Technician. This professional team ensures the highest quality medical testing, while providing the practitioners the support needed for positive outcomes.
This highly-trained team also hosts certifications in:

- DOT alcohol testing, BATS / EBT
- Non-regulated drug testing (urine, oral, hair)
